| 住宅本身之舒適、安全、衛生基本需求均與建築之設備息息相關,而高層 |
| 集合住宅之設備又與一般之需求有所不同;事實上,高層建築之施工過程 |
| 與工法均影響到設備系統之效能。研究中探討的三個主要議題,包括:集 |
| 合住宅相關法令規範、居住行為活動及空間架構模式探討、建築與電氣設 |
| 備介面之整合。即期以國內既有之管線系統規格標準及規範為基礎,輔以 |
| 現況調查分析,一方面針對集合住宅居住行為、活動及空間架構模式探討 |
| ,以了解使用者與電氣設備之使用現況,另一方面則探討有關規劃設計階 |
| 段和施工管理階段問題現況,管線系統之源頭與管線介面、管線傳輸及端 |
| 部與管線介面等,對應各項設備管線系統之設置要求,以建立其系統設計 |
| 準則;現階段可提供設計者及施工者施作設備系統時之參考,將來並可作 |
| 為建構整體建築電氣設備系統評鑑制度之一部份。 |
| The basic qualities of a house

| This research aims at the
establishment of an evaluation system |
| for electric equipment in
high-rise housing. Beyond the |
| requirements by the native
design code for electrical system , |
| the research was made regarding
study of behavior in housing |
| and spatial pattern on one hand
and evaluating design |
| consideration involved in
building process on the other hand . |
| The study of behavior science
and spatial pattern is conducted |
| to understand the actual usage
of electric installation .The |

includes details of electric system. |
| Extensive field study was made
to explore native design |
| consideration. At the present
this evaluation system could be |
| implemented as an electric
equipment manual for native designer |
| and contractor .It could also be
further expanded as a part of |
| the evaluation system for
electric equipment in high-rise |
| housing. |
