斷面尺度因子對被覆H型鋼樑與樓版組合構件耐火性能之影響

本研究主要的內容,乃在探討H型鋼樑與樓版為組合構件的模式下,鋼樑斷面尺度因子對被覆鋼樑耐火性能的影響。樑在實際結構構件上,主要扮演支撐樓版或屋頂傳下之載重,因此在該結構組合下,被覆鋼樑可能經由與樓版接觸側散熱,而影響其耐火時效。本研究即為模擬該構件組合,以剪力釘結合鋼樑與樓版構件,並以濕式耐火被覆材料M 噴覆鋼樑與樓版版接觸面外之三側。在試體養護至恆重後,以 CNS 12514 標準火災曲線之昇溫條件,對試體施予不加載之耐火試驗,以探討鋼樑在此種三面受火模式下,耐火時效(t)與被覆厚度(T)及斷面尺度因子(W/D)間之關係。另以相同斷面尺度因子鋼樑,結合不同型式及被覆狀況樓版。以探討不同型式樓版及被覆情形對鋼樑耐火時效之影響。試驗之結果分析後得知,該模式下之鋼樑被覆厚度(T)與耐火時效(t),隨著斷面尺度因子(W/D)增加呈穩定之正比關係。而在相同厚度及斷面尺度因子下,被覆鋼樑會受樓版影響而改變耐火時效,關係為時效隨樓版單位重提高而增長時效。

The point of this study is to discuss the effect of section scale factor on the fire ratig of coated H-shaped steel beam and floor assembly . On the real structure, beam plays an important role in supporting the load which transfer from roof or floor. Therefore, coated steel beam may influence the fire rating by touching the place of floor with beam under this structure condition. This study is to imitate this structure assembly by assembling the steel beam and floor with shear connector and by the other three sides covering wet fireproof coated material M. After curing and counterweight of the specimen, we test the specimen with the standard rising temperature curve under CNS 12514 heated condition, so that we can discuss the relationship of fire rating period, coated thickness and section scale factor. Furthermore we assembly the same steel beam with the floor of same thickness, different style and coated condition, so that we can discuss the influence of steel beam fire rating by using different floor type and coated condition. After analyzing the result of this tests, steel beam coated thickness and the fire rating will show the stable direct propor-tion with increasing section scale factor under that model. However at this same thickness and section scale factor, coated steel beam change the fire rating under the influence of the floor. The relationship of changing the fire rating period will increase the raising of the floor unit area weight .
