GUNTHER DOMENIG
平生簡介
1934年生於德國的克拉根福(Klagenfurt)。畢業於格拉次(Graz)工業技術學院, 1963-1973年與Eilfried Huth合夥工作室, 1973年創立屬於自己的工作室, 之後便創立屬於自己的建築事務所, 分佈於克拉根福(Klagenfurt)、格拉次(Graz)和維也納(Vienna)各地°
1980年任教於格拉次大學, 在擔任客席教授期間, 其研究室、授課資料遍佈於國內及國外, 其中包含了德國、義大利、法國、比利時、和美國°
1969年獲得坎城計畫案都市計畫及建築國際大獎、1975年的歐洲金屬構造獎°
建築成就
Gunther Domenig喜歡個人地、認知地選擇設計意念, 並且將設計意念付諸於美感且具體化, 對Gunther Domenig而言美學的概念, 是在人的情感當中, 將設計帶入了一個具體的世界, 提供一個與建築四周環境相關連的思考模式°
人類的行為模式在空間的形式下是非常複雜的, 建築物就像一個會運轉的舞台°
有兩種東西對Gunther Domenig而言非常的重要, 一是對題材感覺上的反應, 另一項是尋找關於題材之中的意義、思想、感覺° Dunther Domenig在其建築學觀上, 是在建築物當中, 並以較多關於情感的思考勝於知性的理論°
其空間中的材質、尺寸、設備, 都是用電腦做精密的計算………°
在配置方面, 也使用十字交叉的軸線, 並且指向湖泊……..。在空間方面的操作是用運用體與體之間交錯的關係。體與體之間交錯的關係和空間情感表現, 兩者的關係是非常種重要, 其間的平衡點是來自諷刺、反對、矛盾、羞怯……….°
