Johannes Duiker

             Johannes Duiker 出生在海牙(荷蘭) 1890 年。在這個期間他成為了現代運動的主角的當中一個, 雖然他以前是坦率的Lloyd 懷特的追隨者。Duiker 加入了建築師圈子' De 8 。' 1932 年他變成學報' De 8 en opbouw 的' 編輯和繼續履行那個作用直到1935 年。他是世界上最重要的機能主義者建築師的其中一個。1935 年他死於嚴厲病症。結果, 他未能完成他開始了的一些工作, 譬如Gooiland 。因此, Bijvoet 回到荷蘭完成那些工作。
