I am pleased to inform you that we will start the application period of
exchange program Sept 2014 on 1 March. And, the deadline is May 1.
Please see the attached application information for the detail. Once you
selected exchange students, please instruct them to follow the application procedure below.
＜Application Procedure＞
Please complete the following procedure by 1 May, 2014 for the exchange
program Sept 2014.

1. Register yourself and make your account on the website above. You
will need to give the following “Account Registration Code”. kanagawa2014
2. Fill in the on-line application form and register the content.
3. Make PDFs of necessary documents and upload them on the website.
4. International Center will check the uploaded documents. Once we
confirm, we will email you. So, please keep the original documents and
printed application form until then.
I am happy to inform you that Kanagawa University has won the JASSO
scholarship for incoming exchange students for the academic year 2014.
That means we will be able to grant 80,000yen per month to your exchange
students who will be coming to Kanagawa University in the academic year
2014 and have certain GPA.
So, it would be very grateful if you could inform about this scholarship to you students.
By the way, the eligibility for this scholarship such as GPA etc will be
released by JASSO later. If you need the information, please contact us .
